Just wanted to put some of my artwork up here so the blog looks prettier. Some of the better stuff I am submitting to colleges right now, so I compiled it all on the computer finally. =)

Rope Sculpture I made years ago in summer at a school that housed an arts camp. They wanted to keep it up during the school year ^.^

It's done with hemp string and hangs rocks that are broken in half.

Sleepy Badger Dec 5

Do you ever feel so tired that your heart pulses against your ears? That your body aches in every place imaginable and your muscles are so depleted of energy that they almost refuse to move and go on strike? Eyelids feel like sandbags and your eye sockets feel punched out. Two near-sleepless nights after this is when you start muttering, low laughing, cant hold up your head for any amount of time, and when you try to walk you fall into the floor and cant get up. It's like a slow and painful suicide of the mind, I swear it is. Teachers loading procrastinators with loads of scary homework is not healthy. Honestly teach, be more considerate. haha haaha ::laughs in exhale:: merp.

Sleeping Badger



This level of tired is not that bad though. Last year I got in the worst habit - staying up until morning. I either went to bed at one, two, three, four, and sometimes just did not go to bed. Ahhh the lures of aim and a boyfriend who does not have to wake at six like me. -.-


I was so Madly infatuated with him! I only stopped after recovering from mono in late February. Before that I would go out at night walking with my cell phone (confession) of go downstairs and make grilled cheese and hot chocolate. When you are chronically sleep deprived you don't remember what it feels like to be sane and alert. You kill your brain and cannot even think to fix the problem. They should do more studies on sleep. Maybe ill look up experiments online tonight.








Today I woke up late, so I did not have time to bring my huge sculpture to school for the art show. I fell asleep doing math last night and did not write much of that physics paper on the Parthenon... or study for my civics test. I finished math in homeroom and in the car as my mom drove me (driving on less than six hours of sleep is the same as driving drunk) and physics in the free period before class as I put the paper on email. Studied during lunch, went to see my physics teacher for help after school, Anime club mandatory meeting for Convention registration, then drove home with friendCharlotte listening to NewS and Arashic in JD ^.^ I had "big plans" for my alone restful time tonight. Homework, ddr, shower, dinner out, return to watch movie. I think I am too tired to play ddr. Stepmania shall suffice!! =]

In "Hamlet", the ghost of prince Hamlet's father tells him to seek revenge against his uncle, the new king, Claudius. Yes he was asking Hamlet to murder Claudius, and Yes it was an annoying request that eventualllyyyyy after Hamlet's great Pause, turned him from wounded, and emo fatherless princeling, into a murderer! =o

But he died like two seconds after so did it really matter? He's prolly with God or something.

Hello, my name is Natalie and I wanted to start a blog because I reallllly need another way to procrastinate.

I'm a college prep school kilt-klad elder-teen yr old in the middle of her college applications.

I neatly fit among most teen categories of the nerd, the freak, the shy one, the artist, the athlethe.. however I'm different from other girls at my school raised through catholic private school or public school. I went to a... different kind of school before the catholic one I attend now as a senior.

I like to dance and party but I don't abuse substances. I'm pretty straight-edge. Though I am not a virgin, I am also not a slut, but a romantic, dedicated and loyal lover.
My boyfriend and I have gone out for a year and two months today.
We made some pretty bad decisions when we first started going out -

We met at an anime reunion beach party. He was the big and strong scary emo looking one sitting on a picnic benck by the seawall. My friend Shannon got talking to him. We the three of us talked. He asked her out apparently. Drove her home.

They went on a date together but nothing really clicked so, as I had asked for his aim, I started our IM conversation that would last pretty much three months until I got sick with mono for another three months from the lack of sleep. >.>

Anyway, our first real date had been in.. September, not long after we met. There was the whole awkward hand-holding on my part, pipe sword fighting on the beach, dinner at a restaurant, return to beach, and our first kiss at sunset. Unfortunately my curfew had been eight pm at the time, and we had been on the beach and 'kissing' until eleven. I made up a lie to my parents about why I was late, because I had not known how they would have reacted and thought lying to be the easier way out. I hate lying now.

(He asked me to October 3rd around midnight, the day after my birthday.)

I eventually told my parents because I had felt guilt, and so I learned from it, right? No, I kept seeing Mike in secret because more than once a week is just way to much!! for my parents =c Anyway, things are getting easier over time.

I never saw the point of blogging, but maybe to me it can be a way of getting out my emotions safely? Yupp ill try that

• Rough-faced, square stones used for walls
  
• Round towers with cone-shaped roofs

I always fall in love with old architecture. Like really-wicked-old-and-falling-apart architecture. I blame my parents V.V they both are architects.

VICTORIAN houses and CASTLES are my dream houses. I like to sketch floorplans in my O' so abundant free time.


I guess... I am basing my final college choice (because I am currently at a three-way tie for lead) on the buildings of the campus. It is not worth it to buy an ugly residence I will have to stare at for four years just when I can surround each day with heaven and bliss. Not that Vassar Hamilton or Middlebury is ugly! XP God they are all gorgeous landmarks.
Anyway, Whenever I go anywhere new, like to a college campus, I have to carry my camera everywhere with me, and it's practically surgically attached to my face. Speaking of surgically attaching... Horns. I love them.


I'll continue more on that subject later. =) ta ta for now!
